Custom Build Coop

  • Standard size is 5x10, can custom build other sizes
  • 5x5 screened in run and 5x5 coop. Metal roof over both
  • Wall height is 5'
  • Coop has a floor; run does not have a floor
  • Coop has nesting boxes accessible from the outside
  • Comes with screen door into the run, single door into the coop, and 2 windows in the coop. Windows come as aluminum or wood framed, swing open or slider
  • Comes standard with a metal roof, choices of colors available
  • It sits on 6x6 beams, no base required, only level ground
  • Structure is timber frames, built with 4x4 posts, beams, rafters. Wall boards are 1" rough pine. Floor is kiln dried tongue & grove 3/4" pine
  • Door handles are lockable

Walls can be built as tall as 7'4"
Floor

•No floor is an option. Skids will be removed after transportation
Insulation

•Insulation also optional. Walls are double boarded with aluminum reflective between boards, roof is aluminum reflective and finished inside with boards. Floor is polyurethane sprayed
Extras

•Flowerboxes are optional
•Staining is optional
